Once the original application package arrives at the School Board Office, it is reviewed by the International Manager,  the school counselor and school principal. Notification will be given as soon as a decision has been made.
 

 

The earlier application packages are received the better. However, we will accept applications (space permitting) up until 2 weeks before school start up.

 

Students are required to submit the following in order to apply:

  • A completed student application form. Click here
  • A completed student homestay application form if needed. Click here
  • A copy of the first page of student passport, indicating legal name and date of birth (or a copy of an equivalent document, i.e birth certificate).
  • Original or certified true copies of transcripts from the current and previous two years of study
  • A letter of recommendation from his/her current school regarding their behaviour and academic ability in support of their application
  • A recent photograph
  • English test results (if available)
  • Immunization Form
  • Application fee $200 CDN
  • Homestay application fee $300 CDN if required
  • Signed waiver
  • Signed original of the Participation Guidelines
